What are the next steps? 

 
  • By now you have likely been through numerous tasks of setting up various services needed to make everything work smoothly for your intended marketing.  You may be a bit confused as to how it all fits together.
     
  • This page is intended to help you gain an understanding of how to utilize your DialerCentral.com service as a powerful tool to market your particular program. 
     
  • Our goal is to help you learn the relationship between various other services that you will likely be using.  DialerCentral.com is a platform that you access from your computer to manage dialing campaigns by calling numbers (leads) that you will load into your dialer system.  Numbers come from various sources. All the dialer does is make calls and plays audios depending on the outcome of the call.  (You will learn about this in training.)  It's important to understand that the dialer works in conjunction with other providers when a prospect expresses an interest in your product or service by pressing a digit on their phone which sends the call to a specific number.  Calls may be routed to a call center, personal phone, office phone or pre-recorded message hosted on a voice mailbox service. The voice mail option is the most common marketing strategy.
     
  • If you are totally confused at this point, don't worry.  The process will become easier as you review the How-to-Videos and attend a training webinar.  If you prefer, you may also elect to schedule a one-on-one training, which is covered below in the Training Guidelines.
     
  • The first thing we suggest is that you visit www.DialerCentral.com and view the content on each page.  Focus on the services that you will be utilizing.  Read everything on the site that pertains to your needs. The home page is a good place to start.  If you are planning on using just the dialer, then review the lower half of the home page which covers the dialer. (We also offer Ringless Voice Mail - RVM)  RVM is covered on the top half of the home page. 
     
  • Review the Terms of Service and Features pages.  Spend a little time reviewing the Payment Center page.  You will learn about our SMART CALL Program when you call in to place your initial order.  (Likely already done if your are reading this.)
     
  • Be sure to utilize the resources that may be offered by the person who referred you to DialerCentral.com.
     
  • IMPORTANT:  Please keep in mind that purchases made through DialerCentral.com will appear on your card statement as Network Marketing Service Inc., along with our phone number 303-322-1234.
     
  • Be sure to review the Useful Tips section below the first five videos on the How-to-Video page. These tips likely ended up there because of common issues that people encountered using the dialer.
